Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I was a customer several years ago of Eircom and have an old Eircom.Net email account that was compromised.  I need to get this email shutdown as its still active and Hackers have tried to extort money out of some poor innocent victim using my name.

    I cannot connect Eir on 1901 or 1890 260260 without an account number and online Chat were unable to help me. This is my  last option to make contact.

    So Eir please treat this as a matter of urgency
