Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am currently on the eir mobile connect for 19.99 (still 3 month left in the promition) with the 30 day rolling contract, I now see that you have a eir mobile complete for 19.99 (for 6 month).

Is it possible to swap between these tariffs and get the 19.99 price?

Or do I need to port out and port in as someone in the store told me?

You don't need to port away.
As you are on a 30 day contract you should be able to move to the new deal straight away.  Ask the online chat if they can switch you to the new offer.

You will pay pro rata then from the day you switch until your billing cycle day.

    Hi Yggr of Asgard,

If you contact us here when your promotion is due to end we may be able to check if you can be changed to this plan.

So I followed Davy's advise and contacted sales via chat and the swap was done online in no time with an e-mail send outlining the upgrade.

I see it's still saying 12 month despite it being a 30 day contract but it was clarified in chat that that's a mistake.

However this is new (at leas the first time I see it):

"I understand and agree that if I do not pay my bills in full and on time, information on my payment performance may be shared with other service providers through a database operated by the providers called Credit Insights. Other service providers may check Credit Insights when assessing my credit worthiness if I apply for their services in the future. I understand that this is a condition of my service contract. I acknowledge that further information is available in the eir privacy statement."

Anyhow, same price as I pay now with more allowance and international calls, makes me happy.

    Hi Yggr of Asgard,

All of our SIM ONly plans are a month by month contract. You can disregard the email you received about the 12 month contract
