Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

while trying to cancel PM me. Or anyone who has moved provider/cancelled "without notice" and was charged a fee for "not contacting them".

If they're going to start trying to charge fees for "not letting them know" something needs to be done. If there's enough witnesses to attest to this we shouldn't have trouble getting fees returned or having them waived legally and hopefully changes made to Eir's treatment of customers.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Could somebody from eir actually do their job and sort out a problem that they have created for myself and my husband. We recently signed up to eir again (only because they had beat rate. Otherwise they are horrendous). On Friday last week our tv service did not work. And after spending the weekend and all day today being told they would transfer our calls we still have no tv. We have been told somebody cancelled it by accident. So is it not easy to uncancel it! We are paying for a service that they can’t even provide! Shocking service!!!!

Go down to a Eir store. Best way to get in contact with them and they always seem to sort issues out fairly quickly.
Even Eir store staff have complained to me (a customer) about how bad Eir over the phone and online are.
