Always liked old Rick Stein's cookery/ travel shows Erik. Top class

It's taken me a week to watch 1 episode...he's actually the best fish chef out there...no battered cod with this guy, definitely a class act

I love the way he's into offal and all that and you'd see him up in the hills in Croatia or somewhere eating all this mad sh!t with the shepherds. Cool character with such a zest for food.

Head to Padstow. He does a great battered cod and chips there, but he prefers battered hake. Not in a van. but still a takeaway. Deep fried in beef dripping too. Class. Worth the trip.:D

I have fallen in love today. A love that was nurtured in a humble kitchen. It wasn't love at first sight. When I first set eyes on her, I admired her looks. I was filled with hope. But I needed to be sure. I needed to know what made her tick. I ultimately needed to know if we were the right fit for each other. Could we make magic together? I know the answer now. We can make magic together. We can bring joy to others by being together. Our partnerships, our union, will make the lives of others better. The wonder of it all.

I am so happy that I met my Air Fryer.:D

    charmer you! :D

May I take this opportunity to apologize profusely for my comment and any offense it caused to you. I completely misread the chomping bit and associated it with activities that weren't related to eating Pineapple.;)

It's bed time here, all this cooking talk would make you hungry, but if I eat late I get a migraine.
The few cans won't help either mind.
There's a garda checkpoint on the drumlish ballinamuck Road I've been texted, if any of you happen to be on that road then make sure all is good. :)
