Ah the land is the soul.
Ye can rewrite the field, but ye can't sell it, it's mine, and my father's before me, and his father before married to get it, I could get divorced only the wife would get the half of it, do you realise who you're telling to f*** off?
Ah but I love Easter eggs and I'm only joking Teapot.
Having my last coffee before bed, god the soccer was great tonight.

I logged out for a bit and couldn't get back in last night, that's what I get for moaning! Your post made me laugh!

@Honeybear, you have my sympathy being a farmer's daughter!! Only joking really.

Beautiful day here so taking the kids for a walk in the woods and to the playground after. Ice cream has been requested.

    Happy Birthday Bones!

At the tech desk. I've nearly had enough for the day. Fancy a walk in the sun and a few early pints outdoors.

In from a couple of hours of taming a jungle

Honeybear, your abode sounds more and more idyllic with every post.

Do the ducks need a dog to be friendly with ?

Ducks are adorable-Dippy & Dappy. My pet pooch sometimes chases them off “her” lawn but they are not too fussed. It used to be so cute when we had ducklings...now they are seriously cute!

    It's lovely outside.

Took some time off so I could get in a run while there is still a bit of heat in it.

    And away I go!

I did a load of heavy lifting earlier and aching. I am now plonked on the couch enjoying some solo time for a short while.
Pub dinner this evening will cure all.

Went to a local shop to do some BarBQ shopping, Wagyu beef, corn fed for 500 days was only €150 per KG.... needless to say, my guests are getting "hot dogs".

There's a few swallow nests in my cattle shed and I seen a swallow in there this morning, so a sign at least that summer is starting.
Amazing the journey these little birds make to get here and go back when summer is over.
It cheered me up to see it anyway.

Back home after a gorgeous evening in town (Dublin town).
All the pubs full with happy drinkers enjoying the warm spring evening, they were spilling out all over the streets - outside Keoghs, the Duke, McDaids, Bruxelles and all around. Kinda like the Dublin equivalent of the first swallow: think of the journey all those little office workers went though today :p

The boom is temp back baby! May they enjoy it!

I had a few pints outdoors this evening. Not many of us in these parts. Boom is a little bit back here if you're a sparks, plumber, engineer. Lots of work gear.:D

Kitchen table. Stuffed pork chop in the oven.

I missed it, I was in town and met a man, sure I had to have a couple of pints with him, then had to ring Mrs for a lift home.
Got scolded, but all I had was 2 pints, and you know, you just can't drive with it in.
Mrs went to mass and hasn't spoken to me since, but she made me coffee when she got home so she's not going to starve me anyway.

Bed, night face cream on, hair oil on, hand cream on, had a bit of a pamper myself night tonight!

And my denim dungaree dress arrived in the post today, so really hoping tomorrow is good enough to wear it! It's gas, I voluntarily paid money for it, and 20 something (ahem, a long something but a something none the less...) Years ago I can remember screaming at my mother when she tried to put me in one!! :pac:
