In the kitchen. Laptop on the counter. Listening to The Sound Of Silence.
Musical genius. Just the "hello darkness my old friend"...opening line floors me every time.
    Amazing song.

Anyhow, I just popped in to say a quick hi. Some good friends on here and I had left abruptly so I just wanted to say hello.

Especially the few who shared all those PM's with me over the years. Granted, none of yee ever replied but still....

I hope life is treating you well. Wont be sticking around but just a quick hey.

    regards,

Went for a run tonight. I've been feeling that I'm over trained lately, well tonight confirmed it.

I blew a head gasket at 3km (although I did ran a hard 8.5km last night). I run wearing a backpack with TRX straps, so luckily I was close to the bars where I train my TRX and done a few sets including abs [cutting my run short].

That was then, this is now. Looking at a motorbike show on youtube and sipping on a beer. Hitting the **** chariot in a few minutes, I'm exhausted.

I went for a “run” this week also and “blew a gasket” at 500 metres!

    It's patriotism.

"Oh Danny Boy, the pipes the pipes are calling
from glen to glen and down the mountain side
the summer's gone and all the flowers dying
it's you it's you must go andI must bide"

    Bed time, goodnight all.

Ha, I like it. And I would tip a plumber who sang that while doing his work.

That's the problem with plumbers these days. Fcukers turn up 2 days late and never a song to be heard

    Night mate ;)

EDIT: Could be "her" work as well. Yeah dodged a bullet there
