Right result, great last ten minutes or so. They made Kofi look a proper star in there, I’d say the one-on-one match at Mania is almost inevitable after that.

Really good event in modern standards, WWE have such a stacked roster they could be doing so much more, but this was a steo in the right direction.

Lacey evans thing aside was a a great ppv!

Nah. My guessing is tournament on Smackdown for the shot at WM, Kofi wins the final at Fastlane. On the last few weeks, New Day win a number 1 contender spot, Woods and Big E win the tag gold and Kofi wins the gold at WM, resulting in an amazing moment of all 3 in the ring hugging and celebrating. The Ronda-Flair-Becky angle is too hot to not have main eventing but a nice way to end the male night tbh.

Also, before anyone says "But it's Kofi though". Last time I heard an audience that quiet at the end of a match was when Brock beat Taker. Also, the whole crowd booed Bryan when it was just him and Kofi. And the chemistry, it was so good. What a match that would be.

Kinda wished Ruby Riott wasn’t involved last night they should have just booked a Rousey/Flair face to face confrontation and then get Becky involved. Ruby got feed to Rousey for no reason.

I'd imagine (hope) Kofi vs Ali at Fastlane for no 1 contender spot. Kofi wins and then goes on to win at WM. WWE will want to get the title off Bryan as he won't fight in Saudi and with how over Kofi is atm, he's surely the best for it.

Samoa Joe to take the US title at Fastlane then maybe and Ali fights him at WM, as I'd imagine he would have been Bryan's original opponent

I just don't see how you don't do Kofi vs Bryan at Mania now. It's got everything. A genuinely, universally loved babyface who will play off Bryan perfectly. Their characters, the over-commercialization of New Day vs Bryan's anti-consumerism personas. Kofi as a long time, overlooked veteran.

Kofi winning the title and having Xavier and Big E hold him up in the ring would be a genuine, feel good Mania moment.

if they bring harper back as well with bryan youve got plently of matches to go through on the way and can use all of the new day with him to nullify the heels i think it honestly writes itself

Haven't seen it and have only read about it. I can only hope Ruby took one for the "team" and will be rewarded down the line eventually.

Taking it in itself however this is why I haven't been very receptive to Rousey. She's just there to make most of the other women look like sh1t.

the biggest positive last night for me was the finishing time. It was the earliest I've been to bed watching a sunday night ppv in years. And i didnt fall asleep during it either. I started watching it 15 minutes late and managed to fast forward the corbin match. more of this please wwe.

Yeah heard them say that, but was just my thought when I saw her. But I think they finally gave her new ring gear to make her look like Roman and that was their cover story.

If I didn't know any better I'd say Becky played camogie when she was younger. I'm rewatching the PPV from last light and she is swinging those crutches like she was told to not spare the timber and the sliotar is there to be hit. I also find it hilarious that some people on the interweb are asking why Becky isn't getting the same heat that nia got for making Ronda bleed. IMO its not even close to being the same. Becky doesn't have a reputation to my knowledge of being an unsafe wrestler who's injured people and also this was a planned spot and ronda got cut. I mean that's different to nia hitting Becky wildly in what probably wasn't planned.
