Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

    My dad originally opened the account for my phone, but obviously then there was an issue when I needed to contact customer care, so he was told if he added my name to the account there would no longer be an issue. Unfortunately this hasn’t proven to be the case. As we live in different counties this can be awkward if there’s an issue.

    Anyway I’ve decided I’d prefer an account in my own name. I know it’s probably not possible to change the name on the account, and I don’t mind setting up a new one, but it is necessary that I keep my current number. I’m just wondering really what the best way to go about this is?

    Unfortunately we can't change account names or set up new accounts through our Social Media channels.  If you email accountchange@eir.ie together with your account details,  they will be able to process your request.
