Moving home

    Hi Team, I recently set up a home move and we have the inital line activation appointment last Friday. However I got an email this morning confirming the order but the price quoted on the home move call was less than the price quoted in the email. I would not have agreed to the higher amount each month. Can some one please help to clarify this?

    Hi Guys,

    Can someone come back to me re: above please?
    Im trying to get this clarified for 3 days now and cant get through on your 1901 line due to my work hours and the hold times (I understand and appreciate your teams are very busy), as I am in my cooling off period I would like to have my charges clarified. The webchat service pushes back to call the 1901 number.
