Insurance disk date

Hi I received my new insurance disk and the date of expire printed on the disk reads 2-20 should it not be 02-20? Every disk i had or seen always had a 0 before the month number. Anyone else get a disk like this as the disk looks weird without the 0. Have a feeling the Guards could stop me as the disk looks off. Thanks
