Dependents- how will affect my mortgage amount.

    Recently we received formal offer of mortgage ( valid for 6 months). But we found out that our house won't be finished within 6 months so we will have to re-apply. In 6 months our circumstances will change and we will have a depended. I wonder how it will affect our mortgage amount?
