Hi I'd like to request a call back to arrange a date to install smarter payg unable to call the 1850 number, it was suppose to be installed last week but it got cancelled and haven't heard anything since. Thanks

We must advise that it is necessary to telephone the PAYG team regarding this query, with your MPRN to hand.

They can be contacted on 01 8529534 and they are open until 8pm.
