Working in Norhtern Ireland - Tax Credit Question

    Hi All,

    I am currently employed in Northern Ireland but live in ROI. I pay my income tax in the north.

    My question is can my wife claim my tax credits from Revenue in ROI as I am not using them?

    I have searched but cannot find a similar thread. Should anyone have personal experience of this I would be grateful of advice.
