    Thanks for reaching out to us here today.

    Apologies for the hold time today trying to reach our Mortgage Team. With customer letters being issued recently, they have seen a rise in calls and longer waiting times on the line.

    If it's possible, perhaps you could retry in the morning as they notice the lines are less busy.

    We'll certainly pass on your experience this afternoon to the Mortgage Team.
