Fix kitchen cabinet door

This should be simple but so far has eluded me. I've got kitchen cabinets that in a couple of cases the doors very slightly overlap.

    See below.

The door that slightly overlaps the other has a hinge system that I think is very common.

I've tried tightening and sliding the hinge based on loosening and then tightening screws A and B but this doesn't work. What does screw C do? And how can I get the slider within D to slide the hinge back slightly so the door doesn't clip the other one? I'm hoping this isn't difficult. Here's a picture of the hinge in question.

What's underneath that badly fitted cap to the right of D?

Should be another screw which adjusts the hinge arm to make it closer/further-away from the carcasse. Adjust the top hinge to bring the arm closer.

little clip at rear of "d" allows you to unsnap the hinge and under it there is an adjustment screw which will pull the door level
