    I just want to know what is the timeline from an approved AIP to receiving letter of full approval

    Thanks for contacting us here.

    AIP would be given when you first make your application and after you have found a property and are ready to complete the mortgage process it is at this stage that a letter of offer (full approval) is issued. You can find more information on our mortgage process here.
