Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It tells you on the RHS of this page, it's 23hrs, online from 12-5.

    Sorry for the late reply, In order for us to assist you, can you please provide the following information in a PM:
    1. Account name
    2. Account number 
    3. Can you confirm if you're the account holder?
    4. Address 
    5. Date of birth
