PM to Eir yesterday went unasnswered. Grainne, where are you ?
Got number for the Loyalty Team this morning. 1800 303458.
    Got trough after 26 minutes.
Asked for recording for my speed upgrade.
Lady said she would give all my details to Customer Service and would be back to me in 3 or 4 minutes.
Got though to CS after another 30 minutes and the person who answered hadn't a clue what I was talking about.
How do you get to speak to someone in the inept organisation ?

Can someone from Eir post here and ask me to PM them.
It seems that unsolicited PM's to Eir Reps will not be answered !

My call to the Loyalty Department has been answered after 30 minutes.
Can hear staff giggling in the office for 10 minutes but no one can hear me.
Gone back to the music on hold now.

Absolute joke of an organisation !

Don't know why you are calling loyalty - they don't deal with that, only customer care.

Going to keep bumping this thread until somebody from Eir asks me to PM my contact details

"Customer Services is experiencing difficulties" at this moment when I tried to ring them just now.

    Hey there
You need to complete the form and then they have no other option than to act or Eir gets fined

Two reps from Eir have replied to posts since I posted at 10.09 this morning.
On the phone now. Told wait time is 30 minutes. Then I suspect that it will cut off.

So I was told in a PM that my recording was not recorded.

    Strange ?

Especially as I know that I did not agree to a contract extension at the time !

Think I will ask ComReg ?

    No recording = no proof

    Hi joebre,

Not all of our calls in the call centre are recorded.

As you signed a contract after this call you are now in a new contract.
