Moved to another provider and Eir is still billing me

    In January 2019 I moved to another provider with phone and broadband and Eir is still charging me for a service that I'm not getting.
    I was speaking with Lorraine from cancelling team and she should call me back but from Monday I didn't received a call back but on myEir there is new bill.
