Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi
    I switched bundle in December at a new reduced rate and this hasn't been applied to my account. Rang customer service who couldn't help and transferred me to the loyalty team as they needed to update the cost..on hold for 30+ mins and then cut off..
    Have tried again to get customer service but can't get through..
    Can you help?
