Mortgage top up proceedure

    Hi there,

    I am interested in a house that needs a lot of work.

    It is about 140k less than what my mortgage approval allows so I am hoping to using the extra cash to do it up as a mortgage top up.

    Has anyone else done this? What is the procedure?
