Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Moving internet & landline from Eir bundle - what happens?

I'm just wondering how this works as nobody seems to be able to explain it to me and I just keep getting told to phone the impossible to reach 1901 service by the web chat people when I ask.

I have a bundle with eir for mobile and fixed broadband and phone. It's out of contract and I have signed up with another ISP as I no long want to use your landline / broadband services. However, I do want to leave the mobile phone as it is.

What happens to my mobile phone account when the other two services are ported out by the other landline ISP/phone company?

Does it drop to a stand alone plan or what?

If there's some complication, I can just port the whole lot away from Eir as frankly I can't communicate with your company as nobody answers any of your phone numbers.

Also this is a generic question, I am not providing personal information via a forum private message, so please don't even ask.

    You're grand!
I couldn't reach anyone at Eir today so I've taken my business elsewhere.

Ports going through in the morning.

Ports complete for broadband, phone and mobile, largely due to inability to reach Eir.

Your management would really want to be taking note of how this inability to speak to anyone is becoming a huge negative for customers.
