Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Signed up for broadband on 18th Jan. We needed a telephone pole installed in the garden and a guy came out to take a look. Installation date was set, an engineer comes out and says he can't install it and would have to get a 3rd party to install.

2 weeks later and still nothing, Customer care say they can't help as we don;t have an account number and the engineer says once he has passed the work on to a 3rd party he has no way of finding out when the work will be done.

Is there any way of finding out when this work will be carried out?
