Broadband Outage

    Hello my mother has no internet and also no tv all day since around 9am and as a result she only has landline usage at the moment. There is currently work being carried out in her estate by Huawei so I'm wondering if this is causing the outage or is it just a coincidence?

    Her estate is in Rochestown in Cork.
