Changing Brokers?

    Hi, we have a number of Life Insurance & Pensions which we took out through a broker a number of years ago (15+ yrs). We are not very happy with the service we are getting from them and would like to change to a different broker or even the the respective companies eg. Irish Life. Is this even possible? and does anyone have advice as to how to find a good broker, the current one was recommended to us but has not been great.

    Changing broker is as simple as a letter of instruction.

    Finding a really good one may be more challenging however.....

    Do I write the letter of instruction to the broker or to the insurance company (Irish Life)?
