Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Beware, at this rate the dogs from IMRO will be sending out invoices for historical use of battered old trannies at work.

So because yer man gave Duffy a bit of stick yesterday, Duffy decides to facilitate a load more calls IMRO-bashing. It's pretty petty really, and not what public services broadcasting is meant to be about.

If you listen to 'Greensleeves' while you're on hold on the phone, does IMRO pay Henry VIII when it collects the fee from the phone company?

I know this Ciarán lad, he's a former classmate of my sister. She's a vet and gets an unreal amount of people bringing injured wild animals to their practice.

But vets are not a charity, and euthanising and treating animals isn't cheap. There is no medical card for wild animals.

It's fine to do it as a once-off, but it is never a once off. And once word goes around that a vet will treat wild animals for free, everyone in the village will be bringing along every lost leveret and sickly-looking-swan for free veterinary care.

There should be some scheme for undertaking this work, when needed, which doesn't rely on the goodwill of professionals.
