What is the point in spending millions on new maternity hospitals if this is the standard of care in the existing ones, the same staff are going to transfer to the new ones.

Some of the older ultra holy nurses/sisters/midwives were weapons. My mother told me that she had a miscarriage a year after I was born (in the 60s). She was told to stop whinging and that it was god's will and that she was young enough to have many more.
