Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

But, but, but, in any area of life, adverts, newspaper articles, programmes will impact some people, somewhere.
I might get triggered by pictures of fat overpaid radio presenters, for example.

I agree with this woman. The RSA are overdoing those ads big time. It must be horrendous for the families of anyone killed in road accidents to be confronted with these 'snuff movies' day in day out!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,941 ✭✭✭✭Dan Jaman

I simply don't watch de telly, RTE or otherwise, so I'm not exposed to dese ads.
However, one of the RSA ads that sticks in my mind was the one where the red Sierra (or similar) ends up upside down in a garden, squashing a child.
Dat was quite powerful, and I've no doubt upset a few. It would be useful to know if it ever affected driving behaviour though.
