On one hand, I think something suitable with crowd control professionals could serve a purpose. Warning of the dangers and whatnot.

On the other, a situation where every Joe & Jane Soap can phone in to Liveline and offer an opinion is not the best way to go. Not the day after a tragedy, anyway.

It is a balancing act.
