    Can anyone tell me what this plant is and how to care for it please?

    I assume it needs to be repotted anyway!

    I tried one of those identification apps and it gave that as the first option but just wanted to check with the experts here!

    Google images helps a lot, too. ;) That, and the fact that I've about a dozen of them in different colours around the house. :D
