Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Low flying loud plan Lastnight/thismorning

    Did anybody else hear a really loud low plane overnight?

    Sounded really old fashioned.

    I heard something like that, around 6am in Kiltimagh. Had forgotten about it until saw this post :confused:

    Heard that also. Sounded like it was very low. Is it a cargo plane?

    Yes, it is it's a cargo plane initially designed for the Soviet Air Force, and it uses four turboprop engines. As far as I'm aware, the first models of this type of aircraft started flying in 1957 although I'm unsure of the exact age of the one that flew over.
