Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wi-Fi Calling on Unlocked Samsung S9

    Hi,

    I am on a Bill Pay plan with eir and I have an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S9 which was bought overseas. I noted on another thread that you stated that wi-fi calling is available on an S9+ so I assume it's available on the S9 also. But I cannot find it under More Connection Settings as shown on other websites. Is there an Over-the-air update that eir needs to provide to enable this feature?

    Hi Linzi,

    I have checked the instructions and see that the S9 is listed but on the handset specific instruction page, there are no instructions for the S9.

    According to other instructions for other carriers that I've seen online, it is either enabled under Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings or by going into the Phone app, clicking on the 3 dots in the top right and clicking settings. But there is no option under either location. Is there something that needs to be enabled on my account for this to show up?
