Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I'm having a frequent and intermittent problem where my wireless signal drops for a few minutes. It's happening on a number of wireless devices I have at home so I know it's not them. How do I arrange to have it checked?

    Thanks,

    Tom

Is this wired BB to the home?
Try resetting the router, there is not much support when it comes to WiFi if a wired connection is working as it's not possible to test it. But it could be the BB itself that is dropping.
Will have to contact tech support to do a line test (it's not FTTH is it?)
