Ported over and waiting for refund

    Hello I ported my number over to another provider, and you sent me an email saying I was in credit I contacted you via chat and was told I would receive a refund, I am still waiting. Please don't ask me to provide an account number, I have shredded all my bills. I have a bank reference number given to me via your customer support about the refund.

    I would like my refund asap. Please advise.

    For data protection purposes we require the following information in order to bring up your account and look into this issue for you.  Could you pm me the following information please? :~  

    1) eir Landland number
    2) Account name
    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB
    5) 1st line of address?
    6) What eir package did you have?
    7) How did you pay your bill?
