Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

    I have a eir mobile SIM that wasn't topped up since August 8th

    The SIM no longer works but I believe the number doesn't return to eir until 13 months after the last top up

    Can you explain how I go about getting the number reactivated to put in credit? Can't make any calls even to eir customer service type numbers to can't input the credit

    It is pre pay

    Could you pm me the following details and I will look into this for you.

    1) Account number
    2) Account name
    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB
    5) 1st line of address
