Can someone explain why I'm getting charged for a closed account?

Good morning. 
My account was closed in February when I moved house. I had to open a new account at the time which is also being billed. 
I received an email last night regarding a bill in the hundreds for my closed account. 
When I view the account online, it confirms that the account is not active, but displays a bill for almost €140
When I click the option to View Bill, all I get is a graph, containing two colours.
Other charges show that I owe €0.01. Part period shows that I owe €0.42.
Loads of questions really.
1. Why do I owe money for an account closed in December - equipment has been returned via Nightline
2. Why does my bill not show when I click on the site?
3. Why is their a huge discrepancy between what it says I owe, versus what the images display?

Can someone please reply to me, and I will pm my details. Images attached with account number hidden
