Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Technician did not show up for home move

    Can anyone from eir please help?



    I took a day off work yesterday for technician to come to my new address to install my eir services but nobody showed up or contacted me. Cannot get through to any phone number today or yesterday. Online chat have no idea what is going on. 



    I suspect that rather than a technician not turn up, the technician was not properly booked by the home move team despite me being told in no uncertain terms that they would be calling between 8am and 1pm yesterday.

    Please help

    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB
    5) 1st line of address
