2nd phone on account

    so I was on my own on Eir paying €45 per month.
    I then added my boyfriend onto my account & was told  it would be €89.99 per month for the two phones with the one account.
    this was in November & since then all my bills have been over €110.
    NO ONE in EIR knows anything...
    Went on Chat on the app & they said to call 1905...
    Rang 1905 & they told me to go into shop...
    Went into shop who told me to call 1905..
    WTF...WTF...WTF...

    Could you PM the following details? 
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder? 

    As soon as I get this information I will be able to investigate this.
