Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cancelled account but getting emails.

    Hi,

    I cancelled my eir service before xmas and returned my equipment.
    This and last month i got a email stating (see below)

    [font=Helvetica, sans-serif]Your bill amount is € -18.98[/font]


    [font=Helvetica, sans-serif]Why is this?[/font]

    I get that email even though I cancelled me Meteor account 6 years ago.
