Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi, 
       I was due to get my broadband last week but got a call the day before to cancel it and I got no new date. Today I spoke to an eir rep online and all they could do was give me a number for OpenEir, soi called openeir and they have informed me eir still have to send them over some data, what type of data I am not sure. 
    But from my point of view is Eir is pushing me to open eir and OpenEir and pushing back to Eir in the meantime I am none the wiser and also broadbandless. 
    Can someone look into this for me?
