When will Eir allow customers to work service problems using email?

    Eir has a crisis in customer service, well documented here.
    Customers are sitting on phones for hours and getting poor service when they ecentaully get through.

    When will Eir allow customers to work issues using email.


    Please don't use the privacy excuse, lots of companies do it.


    This would limit customer frustration and allow Eir to effeciently work the backlog.

    I completely understand what you are saying and I will certainly pass your feedback on. 

    At the moment eir is going through a transition and email is not currently available. This may change in the future.
