Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

I have heard conflicting reports on consanguinity relief been available on stamp duty on the sale of land between brothers.

The sale is at market value and I always believed a 1% stamp duty applied now I’m been told that might not be the case..

Could Any clarity be offered? Cheers..

Bear in mind the two conflicting reports were from two different solicitors so there you go!
