Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    driving for 25 years. Never had this problem on any car before. Is it easy to repair?

    That looks like your carpet is worn out from the position you hold your right foot in? Only real repair is a whole new carpet (usually one piece for entire car)

    Is that a Ford by any chance?? Some older models had a VIN plate cover in that spot if I remember correctly. If you wanted you could remove a similar size patch from under the rear seat bench and do a good enough diy job.

    it's a skoda, first time I've ever had a problem :(

    What would it entail? Cutting out and glue??

    That's it in a nutshell. There's normally enough carpet hidden under there for a decent enough repair. A new carpet is silly money.
