Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Moving home

    It seems impossible to actually speak to any one to change address.

    I did speak to a rep once and he promised a call back but alas I may have to wait forever.

    Filled out the online form but I'm not sure it goes anywhere as no one responds.

    Ho grainne,

    I did eventually speak to someone and requested the move which has been auctioned.

    For some reason they turned off my internet today and I don't move untill next week.. very strange thing to do

    I have tried to get through to the moving home team but it hangs up after being on hold for 30 mins

    My new house can't have broadband and I need to ensure I am not charged.
