    Thanks for your interest in Electric Ireland.

    The Sales team are experiencing a very high volume of call-back requests and inbound calls at present, however we are sorry that you haven't received a phone call at this point, as the calls are being made, and in order of when the requests come in. This is taking a matter of days, but not weeks.

    If you private message us your name, address, MPRN and telephone number, we will contact them directly to look into why your call-back request was missed, and to phone you as soon as possible. The call may come from a blocked telephone number also.
