Hi all,

I'm trying to understand the mortgage rates and which one to select. I'm half way to 40, and about to buy a small apartment on a 80% LTV. Any pointers or tips appreciated. I'm considering the variable rate, any one any experience or wisdom? I'm going to place it over28 years - the max term i'm allowed for me, and also go for the 6 month moratorium to allow me to buy some furniture.
