Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    just went onto chat India, and they refused to give me an unlock code for a mobile until the balance is paid in full on the account no wonder eir have double complaints of the second complained company in Ireland useless.

    Pretty standard really that balance be paid first.

    Never understood them doing that. You have to pay the balance of the contract regardless of whether the phone is locked or not

    its not the balance on the contract in just the regular bill

    bloody waiting on a free speaker i was supposed to get with a phone last month, must have got lost too

    Have you made the payment? If so could you PM the following details and I can advise of the unlocking code. 
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account holder?
    6. Mobile Number & PIN
    7. Make and model of your phone and IMEI
