Happy world wildlife day to all in this thread

I had a precious moment with a robin yesterday. I went on a walk and sat at bench looking out to the sea and lighthouse with 3 quiet blackcaps. I cracked open a can and took out some mealworm and along came a young robin. Twenty + minutes of robin song probably giving out to me for not bring porridge oats with the mealworm. Only 1 dog walk walked by and the robin was unpreturbed. He hopped from branch to branch and to a little wall near the bench breaking all social distance guidelines, it was a half hour of blissful isolation with the robin, sea and sky!

I don't have the same zoom as most of the great photos here, but with some cropping here are 2.

I can’t stop returning to this picture!
Was reading my godson his favourite bedtime story last night. Guess How Much I Love You follows the tale of two hares. It’s adorable. Showed him this photo before turning off the light and the wonder in his eyes was something else.

Thanks Loyal Lady, i'm glad you like it, here's another, it might be a wee tad more apt for a bedtime story:D
