New Wave thanks for the robin photo, lolie put up some more bobby when you have time and some of my spawn are now tadpoles but the adults are few and shy.

I posted the first one in the weather forum during the cold spell a few weeks ago. Bobby
inside while Robbie looking in waiting for it to fly out and chase it away.
He has followed it in a few times and Bobby just hides under the kitchen table till Robbie eats then flies out.

Glaswegian as usual your pictures are brilliant. I like your heron perched on the stone. I went for my usual canalbank walk this morning but Murray the undertaker heron was not there nor his two amigos. I did see my first red butterfly and my first garden ladybird. A grey cat who I've seen a few times last year in a takeaway and in the shopping centre came to visit me and my cat for the first time.My cat was not impressed when the grey cat brazenly walked in under the kitchen table. I gave them both a beef treat to keep the peace and then got back to watching the horses and tipperarys finest female jockey!

I love the shots when the birds are reflected in the water. I also like pictures of when male birds are dancing showing off their colorful plummage to attract their mates it reminds me of nights fado at Coppers....
