I've been on a lot of boats if that's what you mean, from huge ships on the ocean to manual row boats on lakes and rivers, but never took an active role in their navigation.

How important a 'skill' is neat handwriting anymore, given that it's just a matter of opinion anyway? James Joyce for example had notoriously sloppy handwriting so clearly there's no connection between literacy as in the ability to read and write, and the ability to do so in a manner that looks nice.

I don't know. I'm not a fan of any kind of test that boxes people off.

    Aren't we all so unique?

Why did you use a confused smiley in your last answer?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,217 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

I'm not sure we are all that unique tbh

Do you prefer bluntness/honesty or soft/in offensive answers to questions?

I don't think honesty need be offensive..a balance can be struck...

I care about the opinions of the people in my life and to a certain extent everyone else too. What I mean is I'm curious to know what people think and feel. I like people :)

No, not that interested either in thrill sports.

What's the longest number of hours you remember being awake for, plus how did you feel at the end? Side affects, etc? Also why did this happen?

Why are people afraid (or just don't want to get involved) to tell someone smoking at the back of the bus to stop it?

From experience, people just turn their heads back and then forward, others pretend not to smell the cigarette fumes.
